Most likely to be heard ranting about how she refuses to work with w***kers, Julia has held on to a ridiculous dream of creating a corner of the music industry that works differently. In her world, people pool resources, utilise one another’s strengths and have integrity. One day in her seemingly endless battle to achieve this utopian fantasy, she realised that she hadn’t quite reached paradise but she had inadvertently created her own job.
Her small team at Peculiar Management now works full time developing the careers of the artists they work with. Their current roster includes No.1 selling classical act Mediaeval Baebes, prog rock innovators Knifeworld, 15 piece gypsy punk orchestra The Destroyers and some talented singer songwriters including Melpomeni , The Murder Barn and ex Flesh For Lulu frontman Nick Marsh.

corporate entertainment, PR, commercial launches and artist management her varied
experience has been invaluable in today’s ever changing entertainment industry. With
Shelley is a boy, let’s just get that out of the way first. Yes we know there aren’t any boys called Shelley except this one but think of the poet Shelley and it makes perfect sense once you meet our Mr Hannan.
A talented designer and artist, Shelley takes care of all the print advertising design, website design and set up, EPKs and often CD artwork and film/video editing for artists we work with.
A perfectionist at all times, give him some chocolate and he will sit up all night
to make sure your artwork is impeccable.
His most recent project has been creating a brand identity for new theatrical project Temptation. The work has included a double CD digipack with 20 page booklet and 32 page A4 programme and it looks stunning.
Shelley has also recently completed the CD cover and booklet artwork for Die So Fluid’s new album The World Is Too Big For One Lifetime’. This followed his design work on their previous album ‘Not Everybody Gets A Happy Ending’ which’s beautiful artwork was acknowledged in several album reviews -
